Great location, within walking distance to everything. Close to the train station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was nice and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with marks and stains on the walls. The walls and doors were poorly soundproofed, nice for noise from neighboring rooms to disturb sleep.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the main shopping mall and the river. it is conveniently situated near the central train station with plenty of restaurants just outside.
The staff was not as helpful as expected, as they forgot to provide important information such as the WiFi password and the number of the reception.

During my recent stay at The Atrium, I was kinda surprised by the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The room was well-maintained and provided a relaxing space for me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Despite a few minor hiccups, the staff was attentive and willing to accommodate my needs, such as providing a vacuum cleaner upon request. The hotel's convenient location near the main train station and various restaurants made it easy for me to access everything I needed. I had an enjoyable experience at The Atrium and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in Frankfurt.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the main train station of this city. The room was spacious, bright, and cozy. The bathroom was also large and beautiful, with plenty of hot water. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was kind and helpful. In terms of location, it was conveniently situated close to the main train station and within walking distance of the city center. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find breakfast just outside the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location here is so convenient, just off the Main Street that leads to the central train station. This made it so easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. They offered me services such as airport shuttle, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and room service, which were very helpful. I also loved the room amenities, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The room was soundproofed and the bed was so comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep.
